a delayed c bet is when
1. You raise in position before the flop.
2. One or more players call your raise. These players may be limpers who call your raise, or blinds who “defend” against your “steal.”
3. The flop comes out and none of your opponents bet.
4. You decide that instead of putting out a continuation bet now, you will wait to see the turn card, at which point you will likely bet if everyone checks to you again.
a probe bet is when
A bet after the flop by a player who did not take the lead in betting before the flop (and when the player that did take the lead in betting before the flop declined to act)
how do you handle those bets when done against you ? when do you use these bets in a tournament?
